Getting started

The Sign-In Email Didn't Arrive

2 min read

GardenDraft signs you in with a link sent to your email. No password. If the email hasn't shown up, try these in order.

Wait a minute, then check spam

The email can take a minute to arrive. If it's still not there, look in your spam or junk folder, and on Gmail check the Promotions and Updates tabs. It comes from GardenDraft with the subject "Sign in to GardenDraft".

Each link works once and expires after 15 minutes. If you asked for more than one, only the newest works, so open that one. If it has expired, go back to the sign-in page and ask for a new link.

Open it on any device

You don't have to open the link on the device where you asked for it. Started on your phone but reading email on your laptop? Open it there, and that's where you'll be signed in.

Tap Sign in once more

The link opens a page with one more Sign in button. Tap it to finish. This extra step stops email scanners from using up your link before you do.

Wrong email address?

On the "Check your inbox" screen, click Use a different email and enter the right one. A new address creates a new free account the first time you use it.

Still nothing?

Contact us with the address you used and we'll look into it.
