Kiwi (Actinidia deliciosa, fuzzy) is a vigorous woody vine grown from cuttings; the smooth-skinned hardy kiwi (A. arguta) is far more cold-tolerant (zones 4-8). Plants are dioecious, so both a male and female vine are required for fruit.
